Our hospital conducts comprehensive infection control training for all staff to strengthen medical safety.

In order to strengthen the awareness of hospital infection among our medical staff and to better carry out the hospital infection control work, our hospital organized a training meeting on hospital infection on the afternoon of October 24. The training was attended by dedicated infection management personnel, clinical doctors, nursing staff, medical technicians, pharmacists, and cleaning personnel. The training was hosted by the hospital director Yuan Yueming, with Director Wang from the nursing department as the main speaker. The training content mainly included the meaning of hospital infection, transmission routes of hospital infection, diagnostic criteria for hospital infection, and how to prevent and control hospital infections. Director Wang provided in-depth yet accessible knowledge on disinfection and isolation, hand hygiene, medical waste, and occupational protection.

Additionally, various case studies from nursing were used to explain the disinfection technical specifications and precautions in medical institutions, emphasizing the importance of medical staff mastering knowledge of hospital infections.
 
 
Through the training, medical staff clarified the protective measures for standard precautions, as well as how to scientifically select protective equipment and the correct procedures for handling sharp instrument injuries, thereby institutionalizing, standardizing, and normalizing hospital infection management, ensuring medical safety and patient safety.
