The charm that breasts add to women goes without saying, but breast diseases also cause many women to suffer, which is an undeniable fact. According to experts, the incidence of breast hyperplasia has been on the rise and is the most common breast disease among women. In recent years, the incidence of breast hyperplasia has accounted for 28% to 40% of women of childbearing age.

Breast lumps:Can present as single or multiple lumps, accompanied by tenderness, generally increasing before menstruation and decreasing after menstruation.

Breast pain:Can be sharp or dull pain, and may also present as nipple pain or tenderness, which can radiate from the breast to the armpit and shoulder. Pain is usually affected by the menstrual cycle, worsening before menstruation and alleviating or disappearing after menstruation.

Nipple discharge:Often presents as a small amount of milky, colorless, or light yellow clear fluid after squeezing. It is important to note that not all nipple discharge is due to breast hyperplasia; if there is bloody or coffee-colored discharge, other diseases should be considered.

Pay attention to six details in daily life to let breast hyperplasia 'escape'.

1. Stay in a good mood:When in a good mood, normal ovulation is not hindered by negative emotions, leading to adequate secretion of progesterone, which prevents breast hyperplasia caused by unilateral stimulation from estrogen. Already hyperplastic breast tissue can gradually recover under the care of progesterone.

2. Maintain a regular schedule:Sleep not only helps balance endocrine function but also provides a good environment for various hormones to exert their health benefits. The power of unity is great; various hormones working together can naturally defeat breast hyperplasia.

3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding:Pregnancy and breastfeeding are effective methods to combat breast hyperplasia. Adequate secretion of progesterone can effectively protect and repair breast tissue, while breastfeeding allows for full development of the breast, which can regress well after weaning, making hyperplasia less likely.
