Why is postpartum recovery necessary?

The first 1-3 months postpartum is a period when women are psychologically vulnerable and physically weak. The quality of recovery during this time will directly affect the lifelong health of the mother. Medical experts have found that many diseases in Chinese women are due to incomplete postpartum recovery. What does postpartum recovery involve?

 

Postpartum recovery mainly includes the following four aspects:
 
1. Basic conditioning:Fundamentally condition the body's constitution, restore the ability of qi and blood circulation, provide necessary support for postpartum recovery, and achieve a better balance in physical condition, such as smoothing meridians and collaterals.
 
2. Detoxification:Eliminate residual toxins in the body after childbirth, open up normal metabolic pathways, eliminate potential postpartum health issues, and ensure postpartum health, such as removing residual milk.

When is the best time for postpartum recovery?

Postpartum recovery is divided into three important stages:
1. Golden period:From 42 days to 6 months postpartum is the golden period for recovery. If qi and blood do not recover during this time, residual toxins cannot be effectively eliminated, which can easily lead to various diseases.
