How to improve egg quality?

How to improve oocyte quality?
Adjust emotions. When under significant mental stress, the hypothalamus in the brain triggers a series of neuro-endocrine changes, promoting the adrenal glands to secrete glucocorticoids and adrenaline. In addition to regulating the release of stress hormones in the body, it can also regulate the secretion of sex hormones by releasing gonadotropin-releasing hormone at the beginning of the menstrual cycle. Any disruption in the secretion of a particular sex hormone can affect normal ovulation, leading to menstrual irregularities. Therefore, relaxation of mood can help ensure the normal secretion of various sex hormones in the body, allowing eggs to develop normally and maintaining regular ovulation.
Nutritional diet. Try to avoid overeating and nutritional imbalances. In daily life, it is advisable to consume more black beans, soy milk, and fish soup. Black beans can prevent premature ovarian failure; soy milk can effectively adjust endocrine levels to avoid hormonal imbalances affecting ovulation; fish soup promotes follicle development, benefiting the release of dominant follicles in women.
Avoid external stimuli. Smoking, drinking, insomnia, and irregular eating habits can have serious negative impacts on women's reproductive health, leading to a decline in egg quality and fertility.
Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation. Sexual activity during menstruation can stimulate the body to produce anti-sperm antibodies, leading to pelvic infections, endometriosis, and reducing egg vitality. Therefore, sexual intercourse should be absolutely avoided during menstruation.
Exercise and fitness. Appropriate physical exercise can help women improve their physical condition and ensure egg quality. This includes weight loss and increasing muscle mass, improving endocrine function, and alleviating stress, thereby helping to ensure egg quality.
